Our Credit Card Online Processing Service, maintains a customer-friendly refund policy. This keeps administrative costs under control in two ways: First, it reduces the amount of time spent researching customer inquiries; and secondly it reduces the occurrence of chargeback disputes. (A chargeback dispute is a refund that is forced by the customer's credit card company.)  In most situations when a customer asks for a refund, we want to try our best to grant that refund. Here are some guidelines on our refund and dispute policies:

If a customer is dissatisfied with a product that he/she has ordered, We shall accept the product back, within 30 days of purchase, and grant a refund. Shipping charges will be refunded as well. If a customer claims that a product was never received, our processing company will grant a refund unless we can show proof of delivery.

Terms and conditions:

Payment: We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website.

Delivery / Shipping: 1st class priority or express mail USPS service to all USA and Canada destinations. International shipments by airmail postal service to arrive in appoximately 5 to 15 busienss days depending on the final destination. UK shipment by 1st class "signed for" service to arrive in approximately 2 business days.

Cancellation / Returns: You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. To cancel your contract you must notify us by e-mail to our e-mail address, clearly stating your order number. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us. Please email for us for the returns address,  which is different from the registered address below.

Applicable law: By this site, you agree that the laws of the U.S.A. without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Millennium©Heath LLc.
